Delete your account

Delete in the app

Open SneakFit → Profile → Delete account, then confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you’ll be signed out.

Can’t open the app?

Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account (or the Apple private relay address, if you signed in with Apple and hid your email), and include your username. We delete it as soon as we’ve checked the account is yours, within 30 days at the latest, and confirm when it’s done.

Guest accounts that were never signed in to with Apple or email can only be deleted from inside the app, because we have no other way to check that the account is yours.

What gets deleted

• Your account, username, email address and sign-in details.
• All your scores, streaks, totals, experience points and level.
• Any weight and height check-ins you logged.
• Who you follow, who follows you, and the players you blocked.
• Challenge links you created (they will stop working).
• If you used Sign in with Apple, we revoke SneakFit’s access to your Apple ID.

Copies in our backups roll off within 14 days. Player reports and feedback you sent are kept for moderation and product history, but unlinked from your account. Highlight clips are stored only on your phone: delete them from your device or Photos if you saved them.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Cancel in Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → SneakFit.
