iOS · Body-controlled arcade

Get fit by playing games. Seriously.

Your body is the controller. No gym. No equipment. Just you and your phone.

How it works

Three steps. Zero dumbbells.

01

Prop your phone

Lean it against a water bottle. The front camera tracks your movement, on your phone — that's the entire setup. No wearables, no sensors, no gym.

02

Play with your body

Pushups fly the bird. Squats make you jump. Planks, jumping jacks and side-to-side lunges do the rest. Every rep is a button press, so half-hearted reps don't get you far.

03

Beat your friends

Everyone on Earth gets the same daily game. One leaderboard, zero excuses. Send a challenge link and talk your trash.

One game a day

Same game. Same day. Whole planet.

At midnight UTC, one of the games becomes the daily game for everyone. That’s the one that counts: one game, one global board, and a group chat arguing about who’s actually athletic.

It’s the Wordle trick, but for your body: one shared challenge a day means tomorrow you show up. Want extra reps? The whole arcade is open anytime. Streaks don’t build themselves.

The games

Your workout, disguised as an arcade.

Six games, each driven by a different move. One of them is the daily game for the global board; all of them are in the arcade whenever you want more. You’ll be too busy chasing the high score to notice.

Flap

Pushups

Your head height is the bird’s altitude. Push down to dive, press up to climb. Thread the pipes or eat pixel.

Dash

Squats

Every squat is a jump. Time your reps to clear the spikes — mistime one and the run is over.

Tilt Runner

Lunges

Lunge or lean left and right to switch lanes. Three lanes, falling blocks, coins worth grabbing.

Plank Balance

Plank

Hold your plank and keep the ball on the beam. Drift and it rolls away. Every second you hold is a point.

Jack Star

Jumping jacks

Every full jumping jack bursts a star. Go fast, go wide, go until your calves file a complaint.

Ski Slalom

Squats

Sink into a squat and hold it while you lean through the gates. Deeper squat, bigger multiplier. Stand up and you wipe out.

Leaderboard

One board. No hiding.

Every daily-game score lands on the same global leaderboard. Follow your friends and you get a board of just them, so everyone can see who actually showed up today.

Turn on clip recording and every run is saved on your phone as a vertical clip of your gameplay, camera feed and score — ready to share before you’ve caught your breath. Funny fails included. Especially funny fails.

FAQ

Asked. Answered.

Do I need any equipment or a gym membership?
Nope. A phone, a floor, and a body. That's the whole equipment list. Prop your phone against literally anything and you're ready to play.
How does it actually track me?
The front camera and Apple's on-device Vision framework follow the position of your head and body. A quick calibration rep maps your range of motion, then your moves become the controls: pushup depth is the bird's altitude, a squat is a jump, a lean switches lanes. Rep counts are estimates, but the game only moves when you do.
Is my camera video stored or uploaded anywhere?
No. Tracking runs on your phone and camera frames are never uploaded to our servers. Only game results (the game, your score, reps and run length) are sent. Highlight clips are saved on your phone and only go anywhere if you share them yourself. Details in our Privacy Policy.
What if I can't do full pushups yet?
Knee pushups work: Flap follows your head height, and the calibration rep maps your own range. Or pick something else — squats, planks and jumping jacks are all in the arcade, any time. You play what you can do today. That's kind of the point.
Is it really one game a day?
One daily game counts for the global leaderboard: the same game for everyone, switching at midnight UTC. It's the group-chat fuel that makes tomorrow's workout non-negotiable. Want more? The arcade has all six games, playable whenever you like.
How do subscriptions and refunds work?
SneakFit needs a weekly or annual subscription, bought and billed through Apple. It renews automatically until you cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before it renews. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. More help on our Support page.
Who can play?
Anyone aged 16 or over with an iPhone on iOS 17 or later. It’s real exercise, so clear some space, warm up, and check with a doctor first if you have a medical condition or injury. See our Terms of Use.
